Shipping

In the list below you will find the shipping costs:​

Your order will be delivered within a period of 3 to 7 days for Europe (depending on the destination), up to 10 days for the rest of the world.

Belgium and the Netherlands have a free shipping rate above 100 Euro.

Return

If you are not satisfied after receipt of your order, you can return or exchange it within the period of 14 days starting from the date of receipt.

The goods must be unworn and undamaged. The goods must be in the original packaging and with all labels attached. If this is not the case, the exchange or return will be refused.

Please send us an email within 14 days of receipt of your order to: info@cocoandpine.be

stating your order number, your name and the reason for your return.

After approval by email, you can send the goods that you wish to return (toghether with the Return Form you received) to:

When the goods are received in good condition, they will be refunded to you within the term of 10 days of receipt. The shipping cost for the goods that you want to return or exchange will not be refunded. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted.
